Our Elementary Choirs are led by highly experienced and well-trained musicians who seek musical excellence from these choirs. The choirs rehearse weekly and perform several times during the year. Special programs include a children’s musical during the summer, a Christmas pageant during Advent and optional choir festivals. These choirs are divided into the Music Makers Choir (2nd & 3rd grade) and the Young Musicians Choir (4th & 5th grade). These two choirs rehearse for forty-five minutes on Wednesdays. Orff and Kodaly methods are used extensively with these choirs.
