Oakland’s Music Ministry is proud to be a Business Partner of the Rock Hill School District’s Elementary Honors Choir.  The Music Ministry provides a home for this choir’s concerts and provides additional support through music and instruments.

Oakland is also the home of the York County Choral Society which rehearses in our choir room each week and frequently presents concerts in our sanctuary.

Additionally, our Music Ministry supports the Rock Hill Ecumenical Chorale through joint ventures with this choir.  In the past our Chancel Choir has combined with the Ecumenical Chorale to present concerts for the community and has commissioned and performed a piece in honor of rock Hill’s Sesquicentennial Celebration.
