Who Needs What

Paid OBC Staff (anyone who receives a check from OBC)

1.  National Criminal Background Check with consent form signed
2.  Application with 2 institutional references (all new staff)
3.  Read and sign the Policies Acknowledgement Form
4.  Attend training once a year

OBC Volunteers (including nursery workers, Sunday School teachers, GA leaders, RA leaders, music leaders, youth workers, etc.)

1.  Application with 2 institutional references

3.  Attend training once a year

OBC Volunteers who go on overnight trips involving youth and children

1.  National Criminal Background Check with consent form signed
